BASIC RULES
Every car remains the property of its owner. Joining the club does not transfer ownership of your car — it simply gives you access to the collection.
Club members may only use cars within their own category. Categories range from S1 to S5 and are determined by vehicle value. All terms and conditions are set out in the membership agreement.
All members have equal rights to use any car within their category, subject to booking. If bookings overlap, the car’s owner has priority.
Owners may set an annual mileage limit for their car. This limit applies to use by other club members. The owner’s own mileage is not counted towards it.
A per-kilometre rate is set for each car. All payments go into that car’s dedicated fund to cover maintenance, scheduled repairs and unexpected repairs.
All you have to do is enjoy using your own car or exclusive cars from the shared collection. Submit a request in the evening — the car you need will be at your door in the morning.

SPECIAL TERMS FOR CLUB MEMBERS
Membership requires a referral from an existing member and a meeting with our representatives. Your car must meet the club’s standards and be of interest to us.
We help with sourcing, selection, valuation, delivery, paperwork and making your dream car a reality. We can also help sell your car within the club or beyond it, including worldwide.
Special insurance terms through a major national insurance company, or an internal insurance fund for cars that insurance companies will not cover.
Access to auctions worldwide. Support with overseas purchases and the sale of cars purchased in Russia.
A partner network, our own licences and the M-Customs workshop, with links to automotive restoration and repair specialists around the world.
Delivery and collection of any car by professional drivers or recovery vehicle. No need to find a driver yourself. We also arrange technical support, servicing and repairs.
A convenient application for submitting requests and tracking rental information, the car’s fund and its service history.
The history of the model and the individual car, together with market-price monitoring — all in one document for each vehicle.
A clear membership agreement, confidentiality, and guarantees of security and safekeeping.
You may leave the club at any time. Any unused balance in your car’s fund will be returned to you.

The club’s collection also includes motorcycles and aircraft. We welcome new additions in both categories.
Most importantly, together with us, you will make your automotive dream come true. Shares in exclusive cars are already available for specific vehicles — see the “Co-Ownership” tab in the collection above.
For those who want to buy a unique car but do not have enough funds to purchase it outright. A co-ownership purchase agreement allows several participants to buy a car together. The club guarantees the car’s safekeeping and that all participants fulfil their obligations in good faith.

For those with a serious interest in investing in unique cars, we offer participation in a joint fund. The fund’s capital is used to build a collection whose value increases every year. The investment horizon is five years or more.
The club develops partnerships with collectors and auction houses in Russia and abroad. The fund’s management team monitors the collection’s value and arranges vehicle purchases and sales.
